PEDIATRIC & MATERNAL DIETITIAN • EDUCATOR • SPEAKER
Evidence-based nutrition guidance for real life, real families, and real eaters.
I'm Alicia "Chacha" Miller — maternal and pediatric dietitian, educator, speaker, and mom of two helping families build calmer, more confident relationships with food through practical, culturally congruent nutrition guidance.

REAL-LIFE NUTRITION SUPPORT FOR MODERN FAMILIES
There's a lot of nutrition information out there. Not all of it is helpful.
There’s a lot of nutrition information (and misinformation!) online and, unfortunately, a lot of it is confusing, unrealistic, or clouded in fear-based messaging.

My goal is to help families cut through the noise and feel more confident around food, feeding, and nutrition without guilt, shame, or perfectionism.
As a pediatric dietitian, maternal health advocate, and mom of two, I specialize in:
I believe nutrition support should feel realistic, culturally congruent, evidence-based, and sustainable for your actual life, not just ideal circumstances.

Meet Chacha
Hi, I'm Alicia "Chacha" Miller -- a pediatric registered dietitian, maternal health advocate, educator, speaker, and mom of two passionate about helping families navigate nutrition without fear, shame, or unrealistic expectations.

My work sits at the intersection of:
-
Child feeding
-
Maternal health
-
Practical nutrition education
-
Culturally congruent care
-
Food accessibility
-
Modern family life
I believe nutrition support should feel practical, supportive, and sustainable -- not overwhelming.

Through educational resources, partnerships, speaking, digital tools, 1:1 support and content, I help families and healthcare professionals cut through nutrition noise and build confidence around food in ways that actually work in real life.

Nutrition is actually my second career, but I jumped headfirst into this field because I became deeply passionate about health equity, family nutrition, and making evidence-based nutrition education more accessible and easier to understand.

I believe both broccoli and pizza can coexist on the same plate -- and that food should support both nourishment and joy.
