Plus, they are low in sugar and can be tailored to suit your taste preferences.

Not only are canned fruits budget-friendly, but they also retain their nutritional value, costing up to 3X less than fresh and 2X less than frozen fruit 🤯! PEACHES N’ CREAM OATS

Here's what you'll need:

🍑 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats

🍑 1/2 cup milk of your choice

🍑 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

🍑 1 tsp maple syrup*

🍑 1 tsp chia seeds

🍑 1 Tbsp Greek yogurt

🍑 2 Tbsp canned peaches, chopped + more for topping

*Note: Omit sweetener for babes younger than 2 years old


Here's what you do⁠👇🏽⁠

Step 1: Chop the fruit into bite-sized pieces

Step 2: Add all the ingredients to a small single-serve mason jar

Step 3: Mix thoroughly, ensuring everything is well combined

Step 4: Cover the mason jars with lids and refrigerate overnight (or a minimum of 4 hours)

Step 5: Remove, top with toppings of choice, serve, and enjoy!


SPICED PEAR OATS⁠

🍐 1 Tbsp nut butter⁠

🍐 2 Tbsp canned pears, chopped + more for topping⁠

*Note: Omit sweetener for babes younger than 2 years old
